JAPANESE car maker Mazda has taken the wraps off its latest generation Mazda2 model. The compact hatch will be given its public debut at the Paris Motor Show in October. Taking many of its styling cues from the recently launched Mazda3 and mid-size Mazda6, the firm’s new small car also boasts a full range of its ‘Skyactiv’ technology focused on improving driving dynamics and boosting efficiency and economy.
Making its public debut at the New York Auto Show, the Terrain is a compact SUV-crossover which fits in below the Acadia in the GMC model line-up. Featuring an overall length more than a foot shorter than the Acadia, the Terrain is laden with technology and boasts a multitude of functional storage compartments within its well-resolved exterior design. The first images and details of the fourth-generation Range Rover have been released, with a notable upward shift in size and 'dynamism' for the full-fat RR. The outgoing version brought with it a dramatic increase in size to make way for the smaller Sport and this new one grows to truly 'full-size' dimensions. The increase in length (no official figures have been released) is exaggerated by the canted-back nose, extended wheelbase and rear overhang and tapering roof line.
